  Patrick is very nice and knowledgable. We aren't from Edmonton and don't know the areas well, and he was very helpful and honest with us. From the start he was very professional and well-organized. He helped us narrow down places we wanted to visit, and made himself available for our limited time in Edmonton and his team efficiently planned out our entire visit based on where we wanted to see, making it very easy for us! We really appreciated his efforts and extensive knowledge on both the Edmonton areas and all of the considerations when buying. We would definitely work with him again!

  Patrick oversaw both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new one. We didn't make it easy for him, being out of town, but throughout the whole process he's given us exceptional professionalism, good advice and clear guidance. When weren't able to see a home in person, he'd go on our behalf and walk us through a video call. He was also a reliable partner in negotiations with the sellers. When it came to selling our property, he was immediately able to identify key differentiation factors that would appeal to the perfect buyer, and we sold quickly and for asking price. Can't recommend Patrick enough! His kind demeanor and years of experience make all the difference.

  Working with Patrick was an absolute pleasure! We used him 8 years ago to buy our home, & we recently used him to sell it.   Patrick was great from start to finish. He was very prompt to replying and was always there for any questions and clarifications. He made the whole process simple and stress free. Would highly recommend him to anyone that is selling their home.
