Is there a cost for our association to participate?
No. There is no cost for an association to become an INDEXIS Association Partner. Our goal is to help associations deliver meaningful value to their members by preparing them for the rapidly growing role AI plays in how customers discover businesses. Members who choose to create and maintain an INDEXIS AI Knowledge Profile may have their own licensing options, but there is no fee for the association itself to participate as an Association Partner.
What types of associations partner with INDEXIS?
Chambers of commerce, boards of trade, industry associations, trade groups, BIAs, and professional organizations that serve member businesses.
Do members pay anything?
No. Participation is offered as a member benefit through the Association Partner program. There is no separate cost for members to activate their profile.
How do we invite our members?
Through the Association Portal. You control the invitation, the messaging, and the pace. Members activate on their own schedule.
Can members keep working with their own agency?
Yes. Members can bring in their existing digital marketing company, or manage their AI Knowledge Profile directly through the INDEXIS Business Portal.
Can we see how the program is being used?
Yes. The Association Portal provides participation reporting, and reporting continues to expand as the program grows.
